Our large warehouse remains stocked with a wide array of OEM parts, and we remain committed to getting those to you the second your business requires them. Our service team is second-to-none in the industry and is at your beck and call, 24 hours a day. Whether quick repairs are needed in a breakdown situation, or a scheduled inspection in required, we’ll be there when you need it.

HISTORY
Cornerstone’s story is rooted in the lifelong dedication of its founder, Stephen M. Huddle, whose career in the crane and hoist industry began in 1962 with Manning, Maxwell & Moore (Crane & Hoist Division). Over the decades, Stephen built a reputation grounded in expertise, integrity, and a deep commitment to customers and colleagues alike. His journey continued through Dresser Industries and later Lift-Tech International, where he served as Vice-President of Canadian Operations.
In May 2000, Stephen brought that experience and vision to life by co-founding Cornerstone. From the beginning, the company focused on building strong partnerships with leading manufacturers, including Columbus McKinnon, Demag, and Spanco. This commitment to excellence was recognized early on, with Cornerstone earning the Yale Shaw-Box Award of Excellence and later being named a Columbus McKinnon Platinum Dealer in 2008.
Today, Cornerstone remains a proudly family-owned and operated business. Following Stephen’s passing, his legacy continues through his son, Brian Huddle, who serves as Owner and President. Under Brian’s leadership, the company carries forward the values it was built on—hard work, integrity, and trusted expertise—while continuing to grow and serve customers across the industry.
With a team bringing together over 200 years of combined experience, Cornerstone stands as both a reflection of its strong foundation and a forward-looking partner for the future.
